3.  What does a make up trial involve and how long does it take?

Make up trial is generally done about 3-6 months prior to the wedding. Most make up  trials are done in studio. However if you need your trial done at your home or on location please contact the studio and discuss the posibility of having an artist come to you.

The trial consists of a consultation, full make up application & hair style (which is optional but highly recommended). I advise my clients to book their make up trial for a special occasion to make it worth while. Trials normally take about 1.5-2 hours.

Please feel free to bring photos of makeup or hair styles you prefer and your artist will talk about what will best suit  you.

4.  How can I secure my event date?

You can secure a date on our calendar with a deposit of  half your event total. (please note this is non-refundable) Most brides prefer to secure their booking at the trial in order to avoid disappointment.  Sorry, but dates cannot be held open without a deposit.

5.  When should I pay the final balance?

The balance is payable anytime prior to your wedding or special occasion, but it MUST BE paid two weeks before your event.  If payment is not recieved two weeks prior to  your event, you will be at risk of losing your wedding date.

6.  What if I decide to cancel my booking?

Cancellation Policy for Photoshoots & Appointments:
Any photoshoot or appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of services scheduled are due via paypal payment or cash in 3 days.

Cancellation Policy for Wedding Services:
Any Wedding Services must be canceled in writing 30 days prior to wedding date to receive refund of payment.  The deposit for the bride is NON-REFUNDABLE.

7.  Do you charge an extra fee on public holidays?

Any event that falls on public holidays will require an additional 10% surcharge.
